Olive Tree Pruning
Our specialized pruning team has completed professional training courses at the “Italian School of Olive Tree Pruning,” founded by Giorgio Pannelli. The school is based on the “Vaso Policonico” (polyconic vase) training system, which is essentially a modern and refined interpretation of the traditional “Roventina” pruning method.
This approach combines traditional knowledge with modern techniques, ensuring balanced tree development, improved productivity, and the long-term health of the olive grove.
Processing Your Olives and Bottling Your Oil
Our olive mill was designed and built by Mori-Tem, drawing on the latest technological and scientific expertise in olive oil production. We created it to produce the finest Balduccio olive oil ever, but we are equally committed to applying the same care, precision, and dedication when processing your olives.
From the olive grove to the finished bottle, we treat every step of the process with the utmost attention to preserve the quality and unique character of your oil.
